The RBC Run for the Kids™, sponsored by Sunnybrook Hospital One day, a little more than a year and a half ago, while doing the crossword puzzle over breakfast, my mom proclaimed (to no one in particular) that she was “going for a walk”. Training for a Mud/Obstacle Race It seems as if EVERYONE is doing it – Mud Runs. Spartan Race, Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder, MudRun – it’s the most popular “new” intense fitness craze, and now you, too, want to TRAIN INSANE AND TRAIN DIRTY! (?)
