No no I don’t mean Velveeta!

I’m talking about THIS amazing vitamin goldmine in a glass!

For SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (100% pure)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or silken tofu, for the Vegans)
  • ice cubes

For a FRESH JUICE
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 a peeled/seeded orange
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup cold coconut water
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

Whether you Blend it or Juice it, it’s a sweet, tart and spicy bit of heaven in a glass that provides a delicious POWERHOUSE of immune boosting,  anti-inflammatory, Vitamin C delivering, skin brightening, eye-opening awesomeness! KABOOM!
